Bookings and Services

  • All bookings are subject to availability.

  • Services include domestic cleaning, one-off cleaning, and deep cleaning.

  • The scope of work will be agreed prior to the service being carried out.

  • Any additional tasks requested on the day may incur an extra charge.

Access to Property

​

  • Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time.

  • If we are unable to access the property, the booking may still be chargeable.

  • We are not responsible for alarm systems; customers must ensure alarms are disabled if necessary.

Payments

​

  • Payment terms will be agreed at the time of booking.

  • Payments must be made promptly following completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of future services.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

​

  • We ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

  • Peaches Cleaning reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

Customer Responsibilities

​

  • Customers must provide a safe working environment.

  • Cleaning products and equipment will be provided unless otherwise agreed.

  • We cannot clean areas deemed unsafe or hazardous.

Damage and Breakages

​

  • We take great care while cleaning; however, accidents can occasionally occur.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of the service being completed.

  • Our liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged item.

Health and Safety

​

  • We reserve the right to refuse or stop work if conditions are unsafe.

  • Customers must inform us of any hazards, fragile items, or special requirements prior to cleaning.

Complaints

​

  • If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours.

  • We will aim to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

Liability

​

  • Peaches Cleaning is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues caused by faulty fixtures.

  • We are not responsible for items not disclosed as fragile or valuable.

Privacy

​

  • Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not share customer data without consent unless required by law.

Deep Cleaning Services

​

  • Deep cleaning services require additional time, labour, and preparation compared to regular cleaning.

  • The scope of a deep clean will be agreed in advance based on the condition and size of the property.

  • Deep cleans may take longer than estimated if the property requires extra attention; any additional costs will be discussed where possible.

Deposits for Deep Cleans

  • A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all deep cleaning bookings.

  • The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Deep clean bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

  • If a deep clean is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
